About Me
About Me
As the resident Fitness Expert for Attitude magazine and having been involved in the industry for over five years, I am passionate about health and fitness - and want to help you to be too!
I love weight-training and spinning, and regularly play water-polo, box and do yoga. I also like to read and research the latest trends and studies. The world of fitness is constantly changing and it likes to keep us on our toes - quite literally, more often than not.
I genuinely believe that working out in the gym should first and foremost be to feel good. Looking good will follow. No-one looks healthier and more attractive than when they have fantastic self-confidence and self-belief in their bodies.
I was once the skinny boy at school who was always picked last in P.E. Now I am on the cover of magazines being picked up by readers from the shelf. It's a cliché but it's true: if I can do it, you can!
